Radiothon
  • Each February with the support of KMIT and KOOL 98.3 radio and area business sponsors, the Mitchell Community Scholarship Fund takes to the airwaves for one day to solicit pledges and contributions from area listeners. This is the Scholarship Fund’s single biggest fundraiser.
Memorial and Honor Giving
  • A great way to honor or memorialize a friend or family member is with a gift to the Fund. Simply send your contribution with a notation of how you would like the gift acknowledged.
Round Up Program
  • If you are a customer of the City of Mitchell for your water and sewer service, you can Round Up your monthly utility bill to the next dollar. Your maximum annual contribution is less than $12 and all proceeds go to the Scholarship Fund.

The Mitchell Community Scholarship Fund is a 501(c)3 organization. All contributions are tax deductible in accordance with IRS regulations. This fund is separately managed and has no fiscal relationship with the Mitchell School District or Mitchell Christian School.
